30 day challenge
for a cause

In life, it's natural to experience highs and lows…

We cherish the good times and sometimes struggle through the tough ones. This 30-day challenge is designed to help you develop self-awareness and build a mental health toolkit that supports you through life's more difficult moments.

It all begins with one simple step, saying yes to where you are right now. Over the course of 30 days, you’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated mentor, connect with like-minded individuals and make a real difference by giving back to those in need. By helping yourself, you’re also helping others.

There is no cost to join the program, but participants are expected to fundraise and reach a set goal. Don’t worry if you’ve never fundraised before, we’ll guide you every step of the way. This challenge is designed to help you grow without putting a financial burden on you.

By stepping outside your comfort zone, you'll reset your mindset, build confidence, meet new people and contribute to a meaningful cause.

"You have encouraged me to stand up and showcase it's okay to struggle and make mistakes. I'm not the only one and it's starts by looking at what I love about myself."
